On the first day of the event, Mx. Hannah Ashley Cruz provided an overview of the Cultural Heritage Law and the Philippine Registry of Heritage. To give a refresher on the functions and services of each section of the Cultural Properties Regulation Division (CPRD), Mx. Cruz also facilitated a recap game called “IF-THEN: CPRD Processes”. Thereafter, Mx. Lanz Arren Lozada handed out each LGU’s Comprehensive Summary List to help them backtrack and monitor their cultural properties for the proper utilization of their respective LCIs. In the afternoon, Mx. Lozada discussed the Definitions and Grade Levels of Cultural Properties, and this was followed by a game called “Arrange Yourself (by Grade Levels)”. The day concluded with the Workshop Mechanics, providing participants with instructions and an outline of what to expect during the Workshop Proper on the following day. |

The second day began with an icebreaker called “Four Corners”, which is a multiple-choice game that required all participants to stand and line up in the designated areas corresponding to their answers. It was apparent throughout the game that the participants retained the information from the presentations during the first day, as they were very active and participative. With the participants energized, Mx. Lozada proceeded with the Introduction of Basic Documentation and a short activity where each group applied the techniques and principles they learned from the discussion. |

Then, the participants were given most of the afternoon to work together with their groups on the LCI workshop. Each group was able to identify the errors and points of improvement in their assigned LCIs, though most of them ran out of time when it came to improving the Registry Forms. The said workshop outputs were critiqued by Mx. Cruz and Mx. Lozada. |
